Max Magnets are available in many standard sizes, but can be cut to custom sizes. Our digital cutting systems enable us to offer custom shape cut magnets. We can trace the contour of your logo & graphics to create a more seamless look.
60 mil magnets have a minimum magnetic pull of 145 lbs per sq. ft, versus 85 lbs per sq. ft for 30 mil Magnets.
All vehicle magnets are laminated after full colour printing with a 2 mil gloss or matte laminate. The UV inhibitors in the laminate extend the expected life of the print to 4-5 years for excellent fade resistance.

APPLICATION TIPS & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Always apply to a clean & dry metal surface.
- Apply to smooth, flat or gently curved metal surfaces of vehicle. Do not cross over plastic body mouldings or other protrusions that may compromise adhesion. The magnet must lay flat with no air gaps.
- Consider the design of your vehicle when determining what size to order. Be mindful of any mouldings or angular areas that may compromise adhesion.
- When re-positioning the magnet, do not pull along the surface of the car, as it might scratch the finish. Always remove the magnet & then put it back on, gently in the desired location.
- Take off your magnets when washing your vehicle, replace only when dry.
- Store flat when not in use. Do not bend or curl. Do not stack with magnetic sides facing each other.
- MAKE SURE YOUR BODY PANELS ARE STEEL. Magnets will not stick to aluminum body panels. Late model Ford F-150s, for example, have aluminum body panels. The magnets will not stick.
